The Voice and the Foundation

Rashmi is the creative engine behind the Prerana pedagogy. As a renowned RJ, Motivational Speaker, and Language Trainer, she brings 20 years of expertise in arts and communication. She specializes in creating content that "stays and sticks"—moving away from rote learning to rhythmic, high-energy engagement. Her background ensures that the curriculum isn't just a book, but a performance that inspires students to find their own voice.

The Heart of the Mission

With over two decades dedicated to communicative training, Girish is the architect of the Prerana vision. Since starting in 2003 with 5 schools in Kerala, he has trained over 1 Lakh students, many of whom now lead in Government and Global Corporates. A passionate rider who has traversed every corner of India, Girish understands the soul of the semi-urban landscape. This journey allows him to bridge the gap between "language" and "opportunity" for every child.
