MSEP: The Genesis (2000) - Where It All Began

In the year 2000, we witnessed a troubling pattern in the job market. Bright, intelligent individuals with solid academic credentials were struggling to secure employment—not because they lacked knowledge or skills, but because they couldn't communicate effectively in English. Their intelligence was trapped behind a language barrier that prevented them from expressing themselves confidently.

We realized that intelligence without communication is potential unfulfilled. This observation sparked a simple but powerful question: "How can we help these capable individuals unlock their potential by building their English communication skills?" And so, Prerana was born—with a mission to bridge the gap between talent and opportunity through effective English communication. The problem wasn't just about adults struggling in their careers—it was about children not developing these essential skills early enough.

We then shifted our focus from remedial training to foundational education—from helping adults to helping children grow up with confidence
