Prerana began with a simple observation: English in India is not just a subject; it is a social equalizer. For a student in a rural or semi-urban area, speaking English fluently is the difference between a local job and a global career.

We saw schools struggling to find quality English trainers who understood the local culture. We saw students who could write grammar rules but couldn't introduce themselves. We decided to change the model.

Our Philosophy: The 'Facilitator' Not the 'Teacher'

At Prerana, we don't hire 'teachers' who stand at a blackboard. We hire 'facilitators' who walk among the students. Our team moves to these locations, lives there, and becomes part of the community. This 'In-Campus' model ensures that the learning never stops when the bell rings.
